The Jonathan-South Family Resource Center was created as part of the Kentucky Education Reform Act and opened at the beginning of the 1993-94 school year.

The intent of the center is to enhance our students' abilities to succeed in school by assisting children and their families in meeting their basic needs.  This is done by providing community services at the center and by linking families to agencies in the community.

Our Mission: To promote the flow of resources and support to families in ways to strengthen and enhance the growth and development of individual members and the family unit.
