We are so proud to show off the new Marshall County Preschool and Head Start office.
The office in the former Marshall County UK Ag Extension building opened its doors last week and the staff is beyond thrilled.
A fire back in February at the office on Joe Creason Drive in Benton forced staff to move to a temporary setting behind the Board of Education building. The school district then purchased the former extension office building at 1933 Mayfield Highway in Benton and staff began the moving process.
A Spook Walk for preschool families was held at the office Tuesday. Preschool Coordinator Jan Riley says she is excited to share the new office with everyone and is looking forward to the many program opportunities and initiatives the new building lends itself to.
