5th graders taught 4th grade how to take Cornell notes today and helped them learn how organize information.

Next Thursday, March 14th, will be the last day for yearbook order forms and online orders. If you have not ordered yet, and would like to do so, now is the time!

Little League Mountain Biking
4th grade is raising money for a field trip. They will start selling Smencils, Smickers, and Smelly Gellies starting Friday, March 1st and sell through the month of March.

Today is SRO Appreciation Day! Thank you Officer Jeff Daniel, for all that you do for our students and staff!
Our 2nd Annual Heart Healthy Day! Students and parents enjoyed walking a mile, and our students had yummy, healthy snacks! We were glad that Paul Rudd, with Marshall County Health Department, was able to join us to talk about healthy heart habits!

First grade friends read a Kentucky Bluegrass Award nominee, The Three Billy Goats Gruff retold by Mac Barnett and illustrated by Jon Klassen. We used our critical thinking and problem solving skills to complete a Storybook STEM activity designing a bridge, troll, and 3 billy goats (small, medium, HUGE).
