Get Ready! This night is going to be a blast! Get dressed up for a dance, BUT, instead of dress shoes, come in your favorite sneakers. Its our "Spring it On" Sneaker Ball hosted by our PTO. Ticket forms will be coming home soon!

A shoutout for Alice for excellent work this week. Way to go!

Congrats to our Students of the Week! Great job! #SouthsideIsTheBestSide #LearningIsRequired

In kindergarten this week, they read stories about where our food comes from. To bring the story to life, kindergarteners in Mrs. Karson's class created their own Farmer's Market and invited special shoppers to come shop.

Another positive referral shoutout...Way to go!! Keep up the great work.

Just a reminder, we have a "Blessings Box" on campus. If you find yourself in need, it is here for you. If you find yourself with extra and want to bless others, it is here for you. #SouthsideIsTheBestSide

A few shoutouts from last week. Great job, RJ, Rustin, and Korbin! #SouthsideIsTheBestSide #LearningIsRequired

Important information concerning snow forecast...

Way to go, Mrs. Abbye's class! They're our December attendance winner.

Save the Dates!

🌟 Attendance Matters at South Marshall Elementary! 🌟
We want to take a moment to celebrate and reflect on our attendance rates! For the month of December, our attendance rate was 93.7%. While that’s a little lower than we’d like (thank you, winter sickness!), we’re proud that our year-to-date attendance is still a strong 95.61%! 🙌
As we gear up for January, let’s set a goal to bounce back and hit 96% or higher! 💪 Consistent attendance is crucial because every day counts in building strong academic, social, and emotional foundations for our students. When kids miss school, they miss opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.

A big thank you to Sheriff Matt Hilbrecht and Chief Deputy Tim Reynolds for bringing donuts to Mrs. Trisha's 2nd grade class. They brought the most cans during our canned food drive.
